Refund Policy

At Digitech DXB, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services with professionalism and transparency. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our work, we maintain a clear refund policy to protect both client expectations and our operational integrity.

General Refund Terms
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered only when:

A formal written request is submitted within 3 calendar days of the service being delivered.

There is clear evidence that the service provided was materially incomplete or not aligned with the agreed scope of work.

Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Influencer marketing campaigns after content has been shared or published

Paid advertising campaigns where ad spend has been executed (Meta, Google, etc.)

Monthly service retainers beyond 5 business days of project initiation

Website design, branding, or digital content projects once the first draft or concept is delivered

Any third-party tools, licenses, or subscriptions acquired on the client’s behalf

Custom Projects & Retainers
For custom or retainer-based services:

Cancellation is possible but any refund will be calculated pro-rata, deducting completed work hours, third-party costs, and platform fees.

No refunds will be granted for project delays caused by a lack of timely feedback, resources, or approvals from the client.

Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, email us at cs@digitechdxb.com with the following details:

Full Name / Company Name

Invoice or Order Number

Detailed reason for the request

Any relevant supporting documentation

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

  1. Dispute Resolution
    We aim to resolve disputes fairly and professionally. In the event of a formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing further legal action under the applicable jurisdiction of the client’s country or as mutually agreed.
